It's beautiful Kristin...I have no list, I only have to clean the house, and I resent that ;) ps my oldes cat Kimmi loves your blog, well Midnight Sonata, and she starts mewing when she hears it :)
Lovely all the way. Don't you love making lists? I feel as if I've accomplished something by putting everything down, not that I get to cross them off, but I've accomplished the list, at least.
I have had a passion for the written word, especially poetry, from an early age. I am first and foremost a child of God-a thankful recipient of His grace. I am also a mother, a teacher, a singer, and an overall music lover. I call the beautiful southern United States home, and growing up and raising my family here has shaped who I am in many ways. I believe that life- with its various emotions, experiences, trials, and joys-is a gift from my Heavenly Father. As a poet, I hope that my work expresses this.
"My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from Him." -Psalm 62:1
Some of my poetry has been published in the online journals Simply Haiku and Notes from the Gean.
